How We Work

Once per month we ask you to FedEx your business account bank statement and either cancelled checks, copies of these checks, or detailed check stubs, along with any credit card charges you used for the business.

These receipts for income and expenses are entered into our accounting software under your business name, and we keep track of all your monthly earnings. We then FedEx your information back to you along with a monthly bank reconciliation report and monthly financial statements. If we need any clarification on your records, we will email you so we are sure to get it right.

We have a one-time setup fee of $100 for new businesses, and ask that you send your monthly payment along with your information by FedEx. We will make sure this package is signed for when delivered directly to us.

You never have to worry about your information being secure. Our company will not give out any personal information on our clients under any circumstances. We guarantee your privacy!

We offer quarterly sales tax filings for an additional $75 per quarter, and 940 and 941 tax filings for $100 per filing. These are optional of course, you make the choice.

NOTE: We do have fixed prices available for those contractors who need only occasional help compiling their receipts and 1099s for the year. This is a one-time fee and does not include our weekly or monthly fee schedules. Please call or email us to get a price!

If you are not comfortable mailing your information, pick-up and drop off at your location is available by use of a courier service.  Note: This service fee must be included in your monthly payment check when your information if picked-up.

FedEx fees for return of your information is billed at a flat rate of $20 per return.
